Breadmaking & Stone Hearth Baking
This creative food and cooking class will introduce you to the basic ingredients of breadmaking and what they do, the basic tools and equipment to have on hand, making and maintaining a starter, mixing and shaping dough, and proving and baking bread.
Kevin Cabrera will also provide a demonstration on using a wood fired oven and serve his own pizza to each participant for lunch.
This is mostly a demonstration class with some hands-on. Recipes will also be provided. There will be time for discussion, questions and answers.
Class is limited to 18 participants.
