Fabulous Fish Fundamentals

Chef Dan Bobo will share some great tips on preparing our island fish for the home cook. He will teach you how to choose and keep fish, how to cut your fish and the best tools to use, and finally, how to prepare some easy and delicious meals.

As an added bonus, Johanna Tilbury, owner of Sharper Point, will be sharpening knives for all participants for a low fee ($1/inch for a 2-sided knife, and $.50/inch for a one-sided knife), so bring your dull knives!

Of course, everyone will be able to try the fabulous meals as well!
