Journaling: Inner Self Dialogue ~ Getting to Know the Real You
This 6-week journaling class is designed to help you identify inner self conflict between inner family members who run your show without your input or permission. In this class, you will not only identify these issues and characters within, but learn to honor, resolve, release and reframe misperceptions and self-defeating ideas in ways that bring peace and joy to your life.
The most important relationship on the planet is the one between you and you and you and You. Learn to become the Conductor of your own inner symphony, and lovingly guide each of your inner self members to play in harmony and rhythm. Most important, you will come to love your self in ways you never thought possible.
Come to the class prepared to delve into your own inner landscape, and learn to understand why and how you do the things you do, whether you want to or not. Bring a loose-leaf notebook, several colors of smooth-writing pens, and a healthy curiosity about what makes you tick.
If you like to draw outside the lines, you may also bring colored pens/pencils/crayons and blank paper as well.
