Dr. Heather's Healthy Kids Series

Good health is the success for optimal living – emotional, physical and mental. Through research it has been observed that children learning about their own body’s physiology and nutritional needs of these physiological systems, may improve their overall well-being and set them up for future success in being optimally healthy.

Each student will be given a packet containing class notes, activities and a doodle pad to take notes.

First class: Be a doctor and learn what & how they scribble down in their notes about you. Stethoscopes will be present for use!

Second class: A Voyage through the Digestive System

Third class: Vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients – what are they, what do they do and why are they important!
